This age worthy chardonnay shows ripe apple and star fruit with hints of seared pineapple, mango and peony floral notes on the nose. A wonderfully seamless transition with additional hints of crème brûlée and toffee throughout the long smooth palate. Absolutely worthy of 2-3 years aging to shine its brightest. Only 150 cases produced.
